RTOG Pending Case Status Information
Cases with Extended Pending
Case Status:
When a query is sent out
regarding an eligibility issue, the patient's case status is changed to pending. As with all queries, these should be answered in a timely fashion. Effective
immediately if a query regarding eligibility is outstanding for more than 6
months, the patient's case status will be changed to ineligible and a letter
stating such will be sent to the institution. If an answer to the query is
subsequently sent in AND the information makes the patient eligible, the case
status will
be changed back to eligible.
Questions regarding ineligibility letters can be directed to the research
associate for the study by calling RTOG Data Management at 215-574-3214.
